High-Rise Building Lobby in Hoboken
A Hoboken building constructed in the early 21th century needed to modernize their entrance. The original design lacked any amenity space for residents, the lobby was often a point of congested, concierge desk was ill-equipped and finishes were unfortunate and outdated. A central, underutilized courtyard space was captured to create a new resident lounge, enlarged double height lobby with modern concierge desk and an enlarged package room and service entrance. The new design converted the entrance of the building from a place residences quickly passed through to a feature everyone will enjoy coming home to.
