The large footprint of this corner, park side property had an enormous impact on the local neighborhood. In collaboration with the Jersey City historic preservation specialists, the design of this renovated three family building included uncovering the historic façade from the typical mid century vinyl wrap and restoring the historic storefront and creating a new side entrance.
