This 19th century building with ground floor commercial space and residential apartments above was in dire need of a renovation when purchased by new ownership in 2019. Exterior upgrades included new glass storefront and lighting for the ground floor commercial spaces, new trim and fresh paint over the existing siding and simply revealing, repairing and painting the original cornice. The historic entrance with decorative column was uncovered, and an accessible entrance was added on the north side of the building. Interior improvements included accessible bathrooms for the commercial spaces and complete renovations of apartments above.
