House in Allenwood, Jersey Shore

Located in the historic Allenwood neighborhood of Wall Twp. atop the crest of a hill, the architectural form is inspired by the Shaker style of the original home, highlighting simplicity by limiting embellishment. The design connects with nature by nestling the structure into the steeply sloped topography of the site, exhibiting natural materials and ample views of the sunrise and sunset through an array of windows.
